About SunDo

Discover SunDo, a holistic Taoist practice that blends postures, breathwork, and meditation to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. At the heart of SunDo lies deep lower abdominal breathing, activating the navel chakra to cultivate energy, vitality, and inner peace.

In this workshop, beginners will start by mastering foundational breathing techniques in a lying-down position, gradually progressing to dynamic postures while maintaining deep belly-centered breath. Through regular practice, you'll strengthen your breath, guide Ki energy along meridian pathways, release stagnation, and achieve a clear, energized mind.

Each session includes:
✨ Stretching to prepare and warm up your body
✨ Focused breathing exercises to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and promote relaxation
✨ Cool-down stretches to circulate energy and support organ health

SunDo offers a path to enhanced physical well-being, greater self-awareness, and a more balanced, creative, and joyful life. Join us and begin your journey to inner harmony!
