Projection Makes Perception

Episode 10 from our Empowered Living Teaching Series entitled, "Projection Makes Perception".

This teaching explores a simple but life-changing truth: we don’t experience reality as it is, we experience it as we are. In this teaching, we unpack how unexamined beliefs, unresolved wounds, and emotional habits quietly shape the way we interpret other people, relationships, and life itself. What we assume we are “seeing” is often a projection of our inner world.

Listeners are invited to slow down, notice their reactions, and begin reclaiming personal responsibility for perception. By learning to recognize projection in real time, we open the door to clearer seeing, deeper compassion, and more authentic connection. This episode offers a grounded, experiential framework for moving out of distortion and into a more truthful, embodied way of relating to ourselves and others.
